QUICK Cost-To-Build estimates are not available for specialty plans and construction such as garage / apartment, townhouse, multi-family, hillside, flat roof, concrete walls, log cabin, home additions, and other designs inconsistent with the assumptions outlined in Item 1 above.
User is able to select and have costs instantly calculate for slab on grade, crawlspace or full basement options.

Summarized cost report will provide approximately 70 lines of cost detail within the following home construction categories: Site Work, Foundations, Basement (if used), Exterior Shell, Special Spaces (Kitchen, Bathrooms, etc), Interior Construction, Elevators, Plumbing, Heating / AC, Electrical Systems, Appliances, Contractor Markup. Q:Is it possible to get a copy of the plans with actual dimensions without having to buy a full set? I don’t need the full set just mostly the floor plans – I may want to modify a bit.
Also these plans only have stick built roof can they come with truss designs? What is the cost?

A:Hey Chris, we do not offer a study set. We can do modifications if you like or discuss any changes you want to make to the plans. We offer our plans with a truss roof or stick built roof. Our exterior walls are 4”.

Q:lovely design. I would possibly switch the position of the kitchen and living room areas depending on whether the house was south or north facing (to get south sum/light into the LR). Any problems with that? (such as plumbing repositioning, etc?) Last question: the "stepped" roof looks nice but any problems constructing it, and maybe more susceptible to leaking/weathering? A:Thanks for your interest in our plan. If you switch the kitchen and living room it will cause some adjustments to be made, plumbing, location of the kitchen sink, front door location and windows may change. It is a do able project change though. The roof should not be a problem if it is done correctly with flashing at the step downs.
